Fibrinolysis may be contraindicated in all of the following, EXCEPT:

A. a history of anaphylactic shock caused by salicylates.
B. major trauma or surgery within the past 4 weeks.
C. significant closed head trauma within the past 3 weeks.
D. a history of structural central nervous system disease.
