first you can plan the speech like when do you say which and what ect.
then you can write it down and present it!

you can include your opinions on freedom and you can ask your family members and friends about their opinions too. in my opinion freedom is letting go of concerns and being happy.
you have to really think about it freedom is something everyone should have and it it's mostly equality I hope that helped
