we know that
The Standard Form of a Quadratic Equation looks like this:
ax²+ bx + c = 0.

2/3 (x-4)(x+5) =1------> multiply by 3-----> 2*(x-4)*(x+5)=3
2*[x²+5x-4x-20]=3
2*[x²+x-20]=3
2x²+2x-40-3=0
2x²+2x-43=0
so
a=2
b=2
c=-43

the answer is the option
C) a=2;b=2;c=-43
