My sister left 1/2 on the counter. My best friend and i decided to eat the rest. if we cut what was left into equal parts,what fraction of pizza did we each eat.
so 1/2 was left we divided the thingummy into 2 parts dividing something by 2 is the same as multiplying by 1/2 1/2 divided into 2 parts=1/2 times 1/2=1/4 answer is 1/4 pizza
