The term Tabula rasa was coined by Locke. Taba rasa is from the Locke's philosophy and it is the theory that at birth, the human mind is in a blank state. This means that it does not have any rules for processing data.
So when there are data added and rules for processing, these are formed solely by one's sensory experiences.
