Who would study Stonehenge for clues about the society that built it?

Private Investigators and Archeologists mainly. It already has been studied by these two groups in the past and not much has been documented as fact, but a lot of theories have caught aflame such as ones about the connection to the constellations in the sky. Governments just don't care about the history and only want to manage the tourism dollars.
