Hunger is need to eat. You can be hungry, but have no appetite. Your body sends signals that you are hungry such as your stomach growls. Most of the time your body needs to eat (from being hungry) to refuel. Always listen to your bodies needs, because without satisfying your hunger you can begin to shake or get fatigue from the lack of eating.
