Let the line that contains the point (2,1) be x.
Slope of the line y=3x-4 is 3
Since line y=3x-4 is parallel to x, the slope of x is also 3.

[tex] \frac{y - 1}{x - 2} = 3 \\ y - 1 = 3x - 6 \\ - 3x + y + 5 = 0[/tex]
