If you are going up and down, then you are referrig to the y-axis so you would focus on the 4. subtract 2 to get 2 then add 7 to get 9 and plug your answer back in to get (-1,9).

You would of started at (-1,-1) because if you moved down 2 units you'd be at (-1,-3) then when you move up seven you would be at (-1,4).

So the answers (-1,-1)
