Intrapersonal relationship is a type of relationship that we maintain within our own mind. This include things such as self-motivation to improve, strength to endure difficult situation, etc.
Physical exercises tend to be really challenging. In order to surpass our current physical limit, we need to be able to motivate ourselves to stay consistent with the training and willing to take harder challenge despite our tendencies to give up before we reach our goals.
