A marble rolls 60ft at a speed of 12 fps. how much time did it take?

Hey there!

If the marble rolls at 12 feet per second and the total amount of feet traveled is 60 feet, all we have to do is DIVIDE 60 by 12 & this will tell us how long it took (in seconds)

60 ÷ 12 = 5

Now, let’s check our work & make sure 12 times 5 equals 60

12 * 5 = 60

Therefore, the marble took 5 seconds to reach 60 feet
