I think the power to be minds would be really cool. It seems as though he always wants to know what other people are thinking and their motivations for what they do; it seems to make more sense than if he were to have the ability to fly or breathe underwater. He is intrigued by Gatsby, especially his past and the motivations behind his current lifestyle. The reader eventually finds out that he is mainly motivated by his love for daisy, but throughout the book nick is always curious about others’ thoughts
