First you multiply the 8 by 4 and get 32. You leave the 2 but carry the 3 to the next number (9). Then you multiply 9 by 4 to get 36+the 3 from before to get 39. Once again you leave the nine and carry the 3. Next you do 3*4 and get 12+3 which is 15. Leave the 5 carry the 1. Finally 4*1+1 will give you five which is 5,592
