Let's factor:

2(4x-1)² * (x+5) + 6(4x-1)³ * (x+5)
=2(4x-1)²(x+5)*[1+3(4x-1)]
=2(4x-1)²(x+5)(12x-2)
=4(4x-1)²(x+5)(6x-1)
