According to me it is not wise decision to reopen the school as it may.lead to increase in cases.It is a public place and how much precaution we take we cant avoid that.But if it is really very important for some class bcs of exams or other reasons then school can be conduct class but with very much precaution.students can also be divided.ainto into half and.class can be conducted each day each group
