(-x,+y) negative x & positive y are quadrant 1

(+x,+y) positive x & y are quadrant 2

(+x,-y) positive x & negative y are quadrant 3

(-x,-y) negative x & y are quadrant 4

(-4,-3) -4 is the -x & -3 is the -y therefore making the answer quadrant 4 hope this helped
