-5n=4m+8
4m+8=-5n
4m=-5n-8
m=-5n/4 - 8/4
m=-5n/4 - 2

Answer: the value of m for each value of n is:
m=-5n/4 - 2

if n=-1
m=-5(-1)/4 -2=5/4 - 2=(5-8)/4=-3/4

if n=0
m=-5(0)/4 -2=0-2=-2

fi n=1
m=-5(1)/4 - 2=-5/4 -2=(-5-8)/4=-13/4

Answer: if n=-1, then  m=-3/4;  if n=0, then m=-2, if n=1, then m=-13/4.
