Given (3x + 2) : (x - 2) = 7:5, what is the
value of x?​

Answer:

(3x+2)/(x-2)=7/5

5(3x+2)=7(x-2)

15x+10=7x-14

15x-7x=-14-10

8x=-24

X=-24/8

X=-3
