I'm going to suppose that this is asking for the volume.
The formula to find volume for a cylinder is V= pi r 2(squared) h
The radius is 10cm and the height is 14cm
Then plug the numbers in
So you should get V=3.14 x 10(squared) x 14
The once you multiply all that you should get 4396 cm(cubed)
