She would have 24 because she only has one dollar bills

The numbers divisible by 24 are 1,2,3,4,6,8,12,24


1 and 24
2 and 12
3 and 8
4 and 6 a
& vice versa

so the least she could have bought would be 1 for $24
and the most she could have bought would be 24 for $1
