Since we can divide by 0, we can clearly see that  there  is no way denominator can be 0. So, lets start :[tex]y^2+4y-32=0[/tex].
The exluded  values are lying in the y and we hav eto find them :[tex]y^2+4y-32=(y+8)*(y-4)=0[/tex]
According to the info above,[tex]y+8=0 or y-4=0[/tex]
y is -8 and 4.
