Based on the given radical expression above, the correct answer would be option B. 4q√14. So how did we get this answer. 
Firstly, 
2√4q, we know that square root of 4 is 2, therefore, 2*2√q, which is 4√q.
Next, we have 
√14q. Since this two have similar terms, we can easily multiply the square roots, 4√14q^2. You see there is a q^2, square root for this would be q, which makes it now 4q√14. I hope that this answer helps.
