Adaptations are characteristics that enable plants and animals to be successful in a particular environment. These adaptations come in a variety of forms, an example is camouflage (Mbgnet.net, 2015). Animals are able to camouflage to their environments to help them hide from their predators, or hunt for their prey. As well as keeping them safe while they sleep, and allow them to move around more freely.
