Soo the equation is going to be:

[tex]8x = 208[/tex]

Divide both sides by 8

[tex]8x/8=208/8[/tex]

[tex]x = 26[/tex]

Cost of each ticket was $26

8*26 =208 , 8 * 28 = 224 ,
