The first step is to assume values for x and input them into the equation to get corresponding values for y.

For x = 0, y = - 0/5 + 7 = 7

For x = 1, y = - 1/5 + 7 = 6.8

For x = 2, y = - 2/5 + 7 = 6.6

We would plot these values of x and y on the graph. The diagram of the graph is shown in the attcahed photo.
