c = 2pi r = 2 pi 0.330 = 2.07 m = 1 rev 
13 rev/s(2.17m/rev) = 26.9 m/s 
26.9m/s(3600s/hr)(1 km/1000 m) = 96.8 km/hr 
96.8 km/hr(.62 m/km) = 60 mph
