Point slope form :  y - y1 = m ( x - x1)

m = slope = -1/5  

Substitute the coordinate in for the corresponding value...

x = 2 and y = -7


POINT SLOPE FORM EQUATION :  y + 7 = -1/5 ( x - 2 )
