Use the ac method

Now we need some factors of 30 that give us +17 when we add them:-

6x^2 + 15x + 2x + 5 = 0
swap middle terms:-
6x^2 + 2x + 15x + 5 = =
2x(3x + 1) + 5(3x + 1) 3x + 1 is common so :-
(2x + 5)(3x + 1) = 0
x = -5/2 , -1/3
