Force = (mass) x (acceleration)

If there is no friction between the mass and the surface, then

         Force = (200 kg) x (75.5 m/s²) = 15,100 newtons .

If there is any friction, then it will take more force to produce
the same acceleration.

By the way ... that's a humongous acceleration !  It's about 7.7 Gs,
and the mass is moving at about 169 miles per hour only 1 second
after you start pushing it.
