The area is base times height, with the height being 5m, and the base being 14, it equals 5x14 with a little more work. You can also cut and move the peaces so you make a square so, 5+3=8 ( base) then 14-8=6. 6x8= answer.

Trapezoid Area formula:  (b1 + b2)x height/2 = 19x5/2 = 47.5 m^2
You could make it a rectangle of 15x5 minus two triangles of 5x6 and 3x5 or the 15x5 rectangle minus a rectangle of 9x5.
