I believe the correct answer is Great Society.
It was a set of programs started in 1964 with the aim to eliminate poverty and racial injustice by proposing a set of domestic rules which addressed education, medicine, transportation, city problems, etc.
New Frontier was Kennedy's term, War on Poverty was Johnson's but it is part of Great Society, and New Deal was Roosevelt's.
