Where is the dot plot? Otherwise, the median is determined by finding out what is the middle number. 
Do you have an attachment for this problem? You can find the median by putting the numbers in order and finding out which is the middle number. If there are two numbers in the middle, add them, and divide it by 2, and you can find your answer.
