For the colonists side in the Battle of Lexington and Concord, 49 were killed, 39 were wounded, and 5 were missing.

For the British side, 
73 were killed, 174 were wounded, and 26 were missing.

Totalled from both sides, there were 122 killed, 213 wounded, and 31 missing.
