Given the center of the circle (2,6) and a point on the circle (4,6), write the equation of the circle and then determine if (2,2) is on the circle.

(x - 2)^2 + (y - 6)^2 = 2

This is found by plugging in the points and knowing that the radius is 2. 

(2,2) is not on the circle because it is 4 away from the center, which is twice the radius.
